Cookie Policy โ€” KANARIX

Last updated: June 23, 2026

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device when you visit them. They are used to ensure the technical functioning of the site, remember preferences, and, in some cases, analyze use of the website in an anonymized way.

2. Our Commitment to Your Privacy

KANARIX is committed to the privacy of its visitors. By default, kanarix.es uses only essential technical cookies and cookieless analytics (Umami). Third-party analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can reject them at any time and the site will continue to work normally.

3. Essential Technical Cookies

These cookies are essential for the site to function correctly. They include browser session cookies, language preferences, and the cookie that records acceptance of the cookie banner. They contain no personally identifying data and do not require your prior consent, as they are strictly necessary.

4. Analytics with Umami (No Tracking Cookies)

To analyze website traffic we use Umami Analytics, a private, self-hosted web analytics solution that uses no tracking cookies, does not track users individually, collects no personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant. It does not require your consent for this functionality.

5. Cloudflare Turnstile (Antispam Protection)

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting alternative to the traditional CAPTCHA. Cloudflare may set technical security cookies on your device. Please see Cloudflare's privacy policy for more information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

6. Analytics & Marketing Cookies (with your consent)

Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymous session replay) loads on every visit, with or without your consent, to help us understand how the site is used and improve it; it may set its own cookies. The other third-party tools load only if you accept them in the cookie banner: Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (measurement and conversions) and Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram, including the Conversions API). We use these to measure our campaign performance; if you reject them they are not loaded, and you can change your choice by clearing your browser cookies. Additionally, our support chat (Crisp) may set a functional cookie to keep your conversation.

7. Managing Cookies

You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings (Chrome: Settings > Privacy > Cookies; Firefox: Options > Privacy; Safari: Preferences > Privacy). Disabling essential technical cookies may affect the functioning of the site, but given our minimal use the impact is very limited.

8. Changes to the Cookie Policy

We will update this policy if we change the tools or cookies used on the site. The current version will always be available at kanarix.es/cookies.
