KANARIX is a technology company specializing in the development and commercialization of the KANARIX Direct Booking System system: a SaaS platform of direct-booking websites for vacation rental owners in the Canary Islands. We design and maintain each customer’s website and give them a dashboard from which they manage their data, properties, pricing and availability. We provide web design and maintenance services, online booking management, and iCal calendar synchronization, with a particular focus on the Canary Islands tourist accommodation market.
4. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, as well as its graphic design and source code, are the property of Marcin Stanczyk or of third parties who have authorized their use, and none of the exploitation rights over them may be deemed assigned to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for the proper use of the Website.
